Per Wikipedia: "In an ad promoting a Toys R Us and WWF partnership in the March 1991 WWF Magazine, tag team sets of Demolition, the Bushwhackers, the Rockers, and Rhythm and Blues appeared...The exact reason this figure went unreleased is unknown, but it is assumed that it was due to the tag team breaking up a few months before the ad was printed."
