1973-1979 The Destroyer Doll [With Blue Mask]

According to Tiger Driver Collectibles: "From 1973 to 1979, The Destroyer appeared on a Japanese comedy show called Uwasa No. Channel. At the time, The Destroyer had just signed to All Japan Pro-Wrestling in December of 1972 (the same year the promotion opened its doors), and was already a revered wrestler to the Japanese public. For, less than a decade prior, The Destroyer's first match against Rikidozan earned a 67.0 rating - making it the one of the most-watched shows in Japanese television history. A record that still stands to this day...

"Fast forward to 1973, and both Uwasa and All Japan Pro-Wrestling were on the same television channel. In the process, The Destroyer became a minor pop culture phenomenon with official merchandise. Released during the era was a Destroyer doll. Again, Destroyer is dressed in the costume he wore on Uwasa No. Channel and
features googly eyes that bounce around.

"Possibly the world's first pro wrestling colour variant. This version features blue stripes on Destroyer's mask and a different floral pattern on Destroyer's overalls."
